“My strongest professional quality is my ability to build trust and long-term relationships, whether with clients, colleagues, or stakeholders”
Danny Ibrahim,
KeyRate Mortgage
While the dedication shown by Anthony Nihill, finance strategist and mortgage broker at Infinity Group Australia, has earned him industry recognition, the path was anything but linear.
“I didn’t always have a clear plan to become a broker,” he says. “Initially, I was exploring different roles and opportunities.” But by stepping into a broker support role, he discovered a natural affinity for the work and the potential it offered.
Today, Nihill is known for his steady performance and unwavering client commitment. A hallmark of his success is consistency, specifically, his ability to maintain or exceed industry-average settlements over an entire year. “This demonstrates not only my ability to manage a steady pipeline but also my commitment to delivering results efficiently and reliably over time,” he reflects. It’s this dedication that clients and colleagues alike have come to count on.
At the core of Nihill’s professional persona is a deep sense of authenticity. “My strongest quality is my genuine nature, which allows me to build rapport with ease,” he says. “Being authentic allows me to connect with clients and colleagues.” This authenticity doesn’t just create trust; it forms the backbone of his collaborative working style, complemented by open communication and mutual respect.
Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment is no small feat, but Nihill handles the challenge with discipline and structure. “Time management is definitely one of the biggest hurdles,” he explains. “I focus on creating a structured plan each day, breaking down larger projects into manageable steps and setting clear deadlines. This ensures I can meet deadlines without feeling overwhelmed.”
What also sets Nihill apart is his intentional focus on service. Over the past 12 months, he’s honed a client experience model built on clarity and transparency. “The key is setting clear expectations from the start, especially when it comes to communication, timelines and file updates,” he notes. “It helps avoid misunderstandings and keeps everything moving forward smoothly.” His proactive updates and open approach have proven instrumental in building trust and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.
Client attraction for Nihill is less about marketing and more about meaningful relationships. “People are drawn to sincerity,” he says. “I focus on showing up as my true self, really listening and making sure clients feel heard and supported from the very beginning.” He complements this with added value – sharing insights, offering support and being consistently one step ahead.
Nihill’s adaptability is another signature strength. “I don’t limit myself to one niche. I pride myself on being a reliable go-to, someone who’s always ready to roll up my sleeves and find a way forward, no matter the challenge,” he explains. Whether it’s a simple refinance or a complex lending strategy, he applies the same level of care and commitment.
Above all, Nihill treats his role as more than a job. “I genuinely care about the people I work with,” he adds. “That’s what motivates me to continually improve and grow, ensuring I deliver the highest level of service.”
