Patti Eyers joined First Title in 2012 from Perpetual, where she served as General Manager for Mortgage Services and COO of Corporate Trust. With over 20 years of experience across business, finance and operations, primarily in financial services, she has held senior roles at IBM, Unisys and Boral. Eyers successfully established Perpetual’s international equities operations across the UK, Europe and North America and has led businesses spanning mortgages, securitisation, IT, and insurance. She holds a Bachelor of Economics, an MBA and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. She is also a CPA, bringing strong financial expertise to every leadership role.

Tej Bedi began his career as a developer specialising in Microsoft technologies. He previously served as a senior technical consultant with Accenture and InfoSys, working with major government and financial institutions, including the ATO, Westpac, CBA and ANZ, on the delivery of new technologies and transactional systems. In 2005, he joined First American Title Insurance of Australia as a senior developer, where he led the development of a multi-tenanted title insurance system now used in international offices.
