What does IQumulate have in mind for the future?
“IQumulate is on a technology journey, and we’re just getting started,” says Wayne Tower, CEO. “Through continuous engagement with our clients, partners, marketplace and industry, we will listen to the needs as they arise and position our business to be agile and respond to changes as they occur.
“Faster decision-making innovations such as AI-powered decision support systems can expedite the underwriting and approval process, leading to quicker responses to clients. This can improve client satisfaction and potentially attract more business, creating a competitive advantage with the potential to allow IQumulate to command premium pricing or capture a larger market share.
“As forward-thinkers with a digital and ‘do it better’ mindset, we collectively and proactively look to learn and improve on our customer experience for our clients, paving the way for successful business outcomes for our clients and our business in the coming years ahead.
“We’re excited for the future and look forward to what’s on the horizon.”

White Horse Finance (WHF) has firmly established itself as a standout name and rising star in Australia’s brokerage industry, riding a wave of strong growth driven by deep market insight, unwavering client focus and a proven ability to deliver tailored financial solutions.
The company’s recent success has been fuelled by its commitment to relationship-driven service, expert understanding of the financial landscape and an agile response to market opportunities, particularly in the commercial lending and property development finance sectors. WHF has built trusted relationships with the business community and developers across the region, positioning itself as a reliable and responsive financial partner.
“At White Horse Finance, we prioritise our clients’ needs above all else, offering not just products, but smart, flexible solutions that genuinely support their goals,” says Kanwal Singh, director and founder.
“We’ve grown by identifying key market opportunities, such as the rising demand for property development finance, and establishing ourselves as a trusted partner in that space.”
A significant contributor to WHF’s growth journey is Florence Tsang, who began as an executive assistant and, through Singh’s mentorship and her own dedication, has risen to the role of full broker. Her journey reflects WHF’s strong internal culture of nurturing talent and promoting from within.
Singh himself is widely respected for his integrity, empathy and deep community involvement. His role as a mentor extends beyond WHF, as he actively supports and guides recent graduates pursuing careers in mortgage and finance.
IQumulate invests in education and people, which are vital to attracting new business and talent to the company.
“We have long tenures for several of our key staff, including some in leadership positions, and this sound working knowledge of our business, practices and industry provides great insights and a wealth of experience to offer our clients,” says Bastow. “Our new head of sales, Graeme Gordon, formerly manager for New Zealand, joins us in Australia to drive our sales strategy and lead our team to successful outcomes for our clients and our business. We look forward to great things ahead with Graeme as he continues to be active and present in the New Zealand market as well as building sound working relationships and new connections in Australia.”
Clients can also expect a lot from working with IQumulate.
“Through active engagement with our trusted broker network, IQumulate provides relevant information, education and training content,” says Graeme Gordon, head of sales. “Our clients can expect IQumulate to support their business in several ways, providing an understanding of what premium funding solutions are available and how IQumulate can spread the cost of insurance and help borrowers get the right level of insurance cover to free up their cash flow for other expenses or business growth opportunities. Premium funding is often considered a tool for those who simply cannot afford to pay their premiums in full. While this is certainly a significant driver for many, it is also successfully used by profitable companies who use premium funding to manage their cash flows more wisely or better manage their liquidity.”

WHF’s growth strategy is underpinned by professionalism, genuine care, and exceptional client service, resulting in high client retention and strong referral-based growth.
“Each client’s vision and challenges are unique,” says Singh. “Our strength lies in taking the time to understand those nuances and deliver genuinely strategic advice – not one-size-fits-all solutions.”
This client-first philosophy is reflected in the consistent feedback WHF receives: clients feel heard, respected and supported throughout their financial journey.
Remaining agile has also been key to WHF’s success. The firm has consistently responded to emerging market trends – particularly in identifying property development gaps – enabling it to capture key commercial opportunities.
In March 2025, WHF expanded its service offering with the launch of White Horse Accounting & Taxation (WHATAX), creating a more holistic financial solutions suite for clients. Singh’s vision is to continue building an integrated platform that supports clients across all aspects of their financial needs.
