Leadership
Known as Australia’s original Money Mentor, Graeme Holm spent almost a decade at a major Australian bank before co-founding Infinity Group with his wife, Rebecca, in 2012. He brings more than 20 years of experience across financial services, real estate, development and project marketing and is an accredited Top 100 Mortgage Broker. Under his leadership, Infinity has settled more than $3.359 billion in loans and $4.031 billion in real estate transactions, growing from a family home in Port Macquarie to offices across three states. He is the author of The Money Mentor and host of The Money Mentor Podcast.
Co-Founder
Graeme Holm
Rebecca Holm co-founded Infinity Group with Graeme in 2012 at her grandparents’ kitchen table in Port Macquarie, based on the belief that Australian families needed a coach rather than another lender. By the end of its first year, the business had more than 250 clients and had opened its first Sydney office. Holm has been central to shaping the client-first culture that underpins Infinity’s coaching model and its measurement of success through debt eliminated rather than debt written.

A personal trainer for Aussie finances
Infinity Group’s biggest strategic bet behind its AB’s Fast Brokerage 2026 recognition has been in what it has turned down, not what it has chased. The firm says it has declined growth that would dilute its four-person client support structure or move support offshore, maintaining that its service model is central to the Infinity™ brand.
Its expansion from Port Macquarie into Bella Vista, Southport, Norwest, Wollongong and Cremorne has followed demand from clients and the availability of quality staff, rather than a plan to plant flags on a map.
A team behind every mortgage
Co-founders Graeme and Rebecca Holm built that model from a kitchen table in Port Macquarie in 2012. Graeme had spent close to a decade inside a major bank, where he saw an industry built around products rather than people and wanted to offer something different.
Every household joining Infinity Group receives support from a dedicated team, including a finance and wealth strategist, a relationship manager and broker support. The focus is on keeping families on track long after settlement.
The firm measures success by debt eliminated rather than debt written and says its clients typically become mortgage-free in seven to 10 years.
On a $500,000 loan, Infinity Group says clients repay $50,000–$60,000 of principal a year, compared with $10,000–$18,000 for an average borrower. The aim is to turn the promise of paying off a mortgage faster into measurable progress clients can see.
Teaching before selling
Education, client outcomes and referrals underpin Infinity Group’s approach to growth. Its free educational offering includes the Money Mentor Podcast™, alongside webinars, masterclasses and live events. Available on Spotify and YouTube, the podcast gives prospective clients an opportunity to understand the Infinity™ approach before they sign up.
The firm points to one family that arrived overwhelmed by credit card and mortgage debt and became mortgage-free within a year after restructuring with an Infinity Group broker.
New brokers are mentored directly by the firm’s finance strategist team leaders – a structure the business credits with helping them reach award-winning standards.
Finance strategist Rachael Howlett is joining founder Graeme Holm, The Money Mentor™, as a second voice in the firm’s financial education offering, extending its reach beyond the founder’s voice.
To Infinity and beyond
Infinity Group keeps its team onshore and full-time, with a focus on maintaining personal, ongoing client relationships.
Industry recognition reflects that approach. Eleven of its brokers were named in AB’s 5-Star Brokers 2026 list, and the firm ranked ninth on The Adviser’s Top 25 Brokerages list. It has also been shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Australian Mortgage Awards. Those accolades do not change the principle the business was built on: helping clients reduce debt and make lasting financial progress.
Infinity Group plans to expand internationally at a pace that allows it to maintain its full client support model.
